Surface nozzles for adhesives and sealants
COSMO® SP-810
Nozzle and application aids for adhesives and sealants are already at the market in most diverse variants, for flowable and also for pasty materials. The application engineers from Weiss know the users’ specific needs for the application of adhesives only too well. Now, these practical experiences have been implemented in the design of the new surface nozzles.
Due to the individual cut of the 5 application openings, the application width of the adhesive can be adjusted easily from 20 to 75 mm. On slim battens as well as on wide surfaces, the new surface nozzles provide for clean and exactly defined application of adhesive.
The guide brace attached on the side ensure homogeneous and parallel-flowing application on round and angular outer edges of the bonding surfaces. For inner edges, this brace can be removed easily (just cut it). Limit stops positioned on the side make sure that the adhesive beads can always be applied onto the workpiece with the same thickness.
SPECIAL PROPERTIES
- Due to the individual cut of the application openings, the application width can be adjusted quite easily
- The new surface nozzles guarantee the homogeneous application of adhesive over a width of 20-75mm
- For inner edges simply cut the guide brace on the side
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The new surface nozzles are immediately available fitting on the cap screw thread of the usual Euro cartridges (COSMO® SP-810.500) and for bottles with the type 25 – screw thread (COSMO® SP-810.510).
